How Embedded RPO works
- Is the hiring ramp unreasonable, and you need a team of recruiters starting yesterday to hit the hiring numbers? This is the solution that solves that problem.
- Our team has experience building teams as internal senior recruiters. Our team is onboarded onto your systems and operates as one of your own, starting the ramp up in as early as 3 days, saving hiring teams 3-6 months to source/interview/onboard and ramp their internal recruiters.
- Utilize Grow’s embedded RPO to have a senior recruiter start their ramp up next week.
Grow vs. Other RPOs?
- The level of seniority and problem-solving capabilities of our RPO is greatly higher. Our recruiters solve mission-critical growth problems, utilizing their past internal recruiting experience. With other agencies, you get junior and admin-level staff who know minimal about recruiting in the market. With Grow, you get an expert.

How We Operate. Retained, Contingent, RPO
Grow is an agency first. Everyone is a 360 recruiter and is commissioned on billings and commissions. RPO is one of the models we provide to our clients alongside Retained and Contingent.
Each recruiter is specialized to support a small amount of clients across a wide range of positions. We aim to understand the client and industry as a whole.
Grow vs Traditional Agencies
Client Focused: We work all role across a small number of clients, providing tailored solutions (Exec/RPO/Contingent)
